We Crossed
This Bridge.
Now We Built
It for You.
IT Career Bridge was not built in a boardroom by investors. It was built by two Commerce graduates who spent years figuring out the path into IT the hard way — so you never have to.
India’s First IT Career
Platform Built For You
IT Career Bridge is an online career guidance platform built specifically for graduates from Commerce, Arts, BBA, and other non-technical backgrounds who want to build a career in the IT industry — without writing a single line of code.
We are not a coaching institute. We are not a college. We are something far more practical — a structured roadmap built by Microsoft professionals who know exactly what IT companies look for, what certifications matter, and what skills get people hired.
Every resource on this platform — every course recommendation, every project guide, every interview question — comes from real experience inside the IT industry. Not textbooks. Not guesswork.
Six Things We Do That
Nobody Else Does For You
Our Honest Tips for
Making the Switch
These are not motivational quotes. These are the exact lessons we learned through years of trying, failing, and eventually succeeding — now written down so you do not have to repeat our mistakes.
Two Real Stories.
One Shared Mission.
We did not write this platform from a position of privilege or with a head-start. We wrote it from experience — the experience of being exactly where you are right now, having no guidance, and finding our own way through years of trial, confusion, and persistence.

Walid Sayyed
I want to be completely honest with you about where I started. I am a Commerce graduate from Savitribai Phule Pune University. Not a BTech. Not a computer science degree. Just a B.Com and a deep, stubborn desire to be part of the IT world.
The early years were genuinely difficult. I visited every coaching institute I could find — online and offline. I enrolled in courses that promised careers and delivered nothing. I spoke to people who claimed to guide but only confused me further. Every time I thought I was moving forward, I found myself back at the beginning — frustrated, exhausted, and questioning whether this dream was even possible for someone like me.
What finally changed things was not a course or a mentor. It was a decision. I decided to stop waiting for someone to show me the way and start figuring it out myself — one YouTube video, one Udemy course, one concept at a time. It took years. It was not elegant or fast. But it worked.
The break came through a Service Desk role — the very role I had been dismissing as too basic, too entry-level. That role gave me everything I needed: real enterprise exposure, a foundation in ITIL and Microsoft tools, and the credibility to keep climbing. Step by step, certification by certification, I built my way into the Microsoft ecosystem.
IT Career Bridge exists because of every person who, like me, wandered in circles for years looking for a starting point. Everything on this platform is what I wish someone had handed me on day one.

My story begins with a simple piece of advice from a friend — and that one conversation changed the entire direction of my life. I had just started my career at Capita when I met Walid. He told me things about the IT industry that I had never heard before — about Microsoft tools, about career paths, about how people without technical degrees were building serious careers in IT. I was completely fascinated.
I threw myself into research — AI tools, Udemy courses, Coursera certifications — consuming everything I could find about the Microsoft ecosystem and IT career paths. It was overwhelming at times. People gave me conflicting advice. I second-guessed every decision. But I never stopped moving forward.
Eventually, all that effort crystallised into an offer from TCS as a Service Desk agent. I took that role with everything I had — not just doing the job, but studying alongside it, earning certifications, absorbing new technologies, and always looking at the next step. I treated every day at TCS as both a job and a classroom.
That dedication took me somewhere I never imagined when I first started — to Entrata, where I worked in Japan for eight months before returning to Pune. When I reflect on that journey, from a confused Commerce graduate with no idea where to start, to an IT professional who has worked internationally — the distance still surprises me.
Walid and I built this website because we know exactly how long it takes to figure this out alone — and we refuse to watch another generation of capable, motivated people waste those years in confusion. This platform is everything we wish had existed when we started.

Every course we recommend is one we have vetted ourselves. Every project guide uses tools that are genuinely free and genuinely used inside real companies. Every interview question is sourced from real hiring patterns — not recycled from textbooks.
We will never overpromise you a job. What we will promise is this — if you follow the roadmap, complete the certifications, build the projects, and prepare for the interviews the way we show you, you will walk into every interview as the most prepared non-IT candidate in the room.
That is what this platform is built to do. That is the bridge.
